They will lead the financial management of the company and real estate projects, overseeing cash flows, financing structures, and relationships with banks and investors, especially **investment funds**. This role will be key in securing the financial viability and success of our project portfolio. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Comprehensive Financial Management:** Supervise budgets, cash flows, and financial models for the company and projects, providing accurate and strategic reports to senior management. * **Project Evaluation and Viability:** Lead financial analysis of new developments, assessing land and real estate project profitability. * **Investment Fund and Bank Relations:** Manage key relationships with investment funds, banks, and other investors, securing favorable and suitable financing agreements for each project. * **Cost Control and Variance Monitoring:** Monitor budget compliance and identify variances, implementing corrective actions to maintain financial control. * **Financial Resource Optimization:** Maximize project profitability through efficient financial resource management and cash flow optimization. * **Development of Financial Processes:** Develop and implement robust and efficient financial processes to ensure long-term success of projects and the company. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** More than 5 years in finance, with at least 2 years in the real estate sector, and experience managing financings with **investment funds**. * **Education:** University degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. **MBA in Finance** (desirable). * **Technical Knowledge:** Corporate and project finance, financial analysis, risk management, and relations with banking institutions and investors. * **Skills:** Leadership, advanced analytical skills, effective negotiation, and excellent communication. * **Languages:** Intermediate English.
