Provide support to the Implementation area in operational and documentation activities related to Help Desk service implementation and improvement projects, progressively developing competencies in process documentation, project management, ITSM tools, Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives. **Responsibilities and attributions** * Support in documenting operational processes, functional flows, and service procedures. * Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and agreement summaries. * Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and project deliverables. * Support the review and tracking of schedules and work plans under the guidance of the implementation lead. * Collaborate in document management and version control of deliverables. * Provide support to the technical team in configuring and documenting ITSM tools, BI dashboards, and solutions with AI components, according to the scope of ongoing projects. * Participate in internal meetings and client meetings, strengthening knowledge in project management, process design, and technological tools. **Requirements and qualifications** * Final-year student or graduate in Computer Science, Networks and Communications, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Basic knowledge in: * ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 * Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) * Project management or agile methodologies (Desirable) * Basic concepts of Power BI and Artificial Intelligence (AI) (Desirable) * Collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint, Planner, OneNote) * Technical writing and document organization skills.
