Join the best team and transcend with your talent as a Risk Monitoring Analyst in Corporate Banking. **Your main objective will be:** To carry out monitoring and control of credit risk for clients within the Corporate Banking portfolio, aiming to achieve early detection of any situation that could affect the normal course of operations, as well as to define and propose the action plan to be implemented with each client, which you will support in the corresponding approval committees. **How will you achieve it?** * You will gather information from the commercial area, risk admissions, recoveries, or directly from the client to identify issues, assess the financial viability of the business, and validate improvement proposals. You will use monitoring tools to detect potential risks to the bank based on credit, financial, or collateral alerts. * You will assign the appropriate level of supervision to each client, supported by key milestones required to meet approved action plans, which will be subject to periodic follow-up. * You will review credit conditions included in approvals, which involve not only financial analysis and cash flow projections but also assessments of legal, contractual, environmental, tax, and other aspects. * In cases of non-compliance with action plans and/or imminent deterioration, you will propose to your immediate supervisor the transfer of accounts to Recoveries to coordinate accordingly with the Bank. * You will participate in credit approval committees with VPs and General Management to understand the level of risk the bank assumes per client, their conditions, and the key variables to monitor as part of the department’s responsibilities. * In coordination with the Sub-Management, you will evaluate and classify non-retail clients within the commercial portfolio according to standards established by the SBS. * You will monitor the regularization of collateral for the bank, impacting the provision percentage, to mitigate loss risk in case of client defaults. * You will participate in various internal projects and others involving different departments. * **What do we need from you?** * Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 1 to 2 years of experience managing commercial structuring within corporate banking or business banking risk areas, in the Banking & Finance sector. * Solid knowledge of regulatory classification.
