At Protiviti Perú, we are looking for a **Senior IT Functional Analyst** to act as a bridge between the IT management team and the technical team, effectively translating business ideas and needs into clear and feasible requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for technology projects. * Translate strategic objectives into viable technical proposals for initiatives such as HR ATS, chatbots, and monitoring/control systems. * Facilitate communication between the IT management and technical teams. * Design processes, use cases, user stories, and interaction flows. * Identify technical risks and limitations, proposing alternatives. * Validate deliverables against functional requirements. * Propose continuous improvements in analysis, design, and communication. **Requirements:** * Degree in Systems Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst. * Experience in automation projects, chatbots, HR ATS, or monitoring systems. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello). * Familiarity with process modeling (UML, BPMN). **Conditions:** * Work mode: On-site. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Contract type: Service outsourcing. * Duration: 3 months, renewable based on performance and project continuity.
