**REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed university degree. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting firm. * Intermediate-level Google Drive spreadsheet skills with analytical ability. * Intermediate-level Office and Excel skills. * Good writing skills. * Knowledge of labor-related topics: Payroll and employee benefits, AFPNET, PLAME, PDTs, SIRE, and SISCONT. * Age: between 25 and 35 years old. * Preferably living near Cabitos Train Station (Óvalo Higuereta). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Control, payment, and filing of withholdings, deductions, and collections. * Bank reconciliation control and analysis of accounting accounts. * Support in the preparation of financial statements. * Preparation of financial reports. * Processing tax refund applications with SUNAT. * Responding to requests from SUNAT, SUNAFIL, and other regulatory agencies. * Submission of electronic accounting books. * Maintain good communication and demonstrate proactivity, responsibility, organization, and teamwork.
