We are a Collective Funds company and are looking for an Accounting Assistant who has ambition to grow and meets the following requirements: **Requirements:** \- Graduate or University Bachelor in Accounting (REQUIRED). \- Minimum 2 years of experience in analyzing balance sheet and income statement accounts. \- Availability to work in Surco. \- Experience preparing financial statements at the end of each month. \- Intermediate level Excel skills. **Responsibilities:** \- Analysis of accounting accounts \- Re-classification of balance sheet accounts \- Analysis of accounts receivable, payable, and other miscellaneous accounts \- Manage and analyze expense accounting accounts by cost centers \- Monthly accruals: accruals, amortization, and depreciation \- Assist in the preparation of the accounting balance \- Review and analyze bank reconciliations \- Knowledge of additions, deductions, and deferred income **Benefits:** \- Formal employment contract from day one \- Competitive salary \- Full statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacation) \- Pleasant work environment \- Career advancement opportunities Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site
