REQUIREMENTS: \* Completed technical studies or Bachelor's degree in Accounting. \* Minimum of 1 year of experience (preferably in an accounting firm). \* Strong analytical skills. \* Intermediate level in Google Drive, Office, and Excel spreadsheets. \* Proactive, responsible, organized, and team-oriented. \* Age: between 25 and 35 years old. \* Preferably living near Cabitos Train Station (Óvalo Higuereta). \* Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM. RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Management, payment, and filing of withholding, retention, and collection declarations. \* Bank reconciliation control and **accounting analysis**. \* Handling of accounting systems (AFPNET, PLAME, PDTs, and SIRE. SISCONT preferred). \* Payroll processing and labor benefits administration. \* Preparation of financial reports. \* Support in tax refund procedures before SUNAT. \* Responding to requests from SUNAT, SUNAFIL, and other regulatory agencies. \* Submission of electronic accounting books. \* Assistance in preparing financial statements.
