At **Awara Group**, we continue to grow and would like to invite you to join our team as an **Accounting Analyst:** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting * 03 years of experience in an analyst position * Previous experience in accounting firms or consulting practices * Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems, preferably Starsoft * Availability to work on-site in Santiago de Surco **Responsibilities:** * Accounting Management of Multiple Accounts * Perform monthly bank reconciliations for assigned accounts. * Validate accounts receivable, accounts payable, and advances. * Preparation and analysis of Financial Statements. * Prepare detailed accounting reports on managed accounts. * Preparation of Payroll and Labor Declarations. * Coordinate with clients, request and review necessary documentation. * Compliance with Tax Regulations and Obligations. * Ensure proper application of accounting policies and internal procedures. **Skills:** * Organization and management of multiple tasks. * Attention to detail and numerical accuracy. * Critical analysis and problem-solving. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Confidentiality and responsibility. * Adequate customer service. **Conditions:** * Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM \- 6:30 PM * On-site work in Santiago de Surco * Immediate inclusion in MYPE payroll (1/2 of Gratification in July and December, 15 days of vacation, SIS Insurance) * Market-competitive salary Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.2,000\.00 per month Application questions: * Do you have experience in accounting firms or consulting practices? * How many years of experience do you have in this role? * Please state your salary expectations and whether you agree with the conditions Work location: On-site employment
