




At Gambell Group, we are seeking top talent for the position of: Compensation and Benefits Analyst Responsibilities: * Process employee onboarding and offboarding for the Group and its Consortia. * Calculate and analyze regular and special payroll for the Group and its Consortia, organizing and recording incidents promptly. * Monitor vacation balance reports for the Group and its Consortia, tracking adherence to the scheduled timeline. * Timely renew employment contracts for the Group and its Consortia, in coordination with internal clients. * Monthly reporting, monitoring, and archiving of accounting information: payroll registers, AFP contributions, PDT filings, LBS filings, and accounting entries (compensation, settlements, vacation accruals). * Manage SUNAFIL portals for the Group and its Consortia. * Populate management KPIs according to assigned responsibilities, following established procedures. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a payroll analyst, payroll register analyst, or in similar roles within outsourcing or holding companies. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Familiarity with Starsoft. * Advanced Excel proficiency. Conditions: * Market-competitive compensation + MYPE payroll registration. * Hybrid work arrangement, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Full health insurance coverage (EPS) starting from the 3rd month.
