* FUNCTIONS * Supervision of subcontractors in the field for finish items. * Conducting valuations for subcontractors in the finishes area. * Preparation of proposals according to project requirements. * Follow-up with the logistics department to ensure materials arrive according to the construction schedule. * Preparation of RDI Finishes. * Coordination with supervision regarding finishes and project details with the client during weekly meetings. * Quality control: Warranty certificates, User manuals, procedures for the items to be executed. * Client support in addressing observations based on acceptance records of departments. \* * REQUIREMENTS * Licensed and registered Architect (mandatory) * Experience in retail projects. * Knowledge of Lean Construction and BIM Buildings (desirable) * 3 years of experience performing similar duties.
