Your responsibilities will include: * Leading the design and development of innovative concepts. * Selecting and specifying high-quality materials, finishes, and furniture. * Coordinating with BIM, budgeting, and execution teams to ensure the design vision is realized. * Actively collaborating with marketing and sales departments. **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Architect or Interior Designer. * **Experience:** Minimum of **3 years of proven experience** in the design and development of office and/or retail projects. Construction site experience is desirable but not essential. * **Skills:** * Proficiency in BIM methodology. * Proficiency in **Revit** (valued) * In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and decoration. **Important:** It is **mandatory to submit a portfolio** focused on office and retail projects, clearly showing your role as the lead designer. **Job Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:36 p.m. * **Work environment:** On-site at our offices in San Isidro, with occasional site visits. * **Salary:** To be evaluated, competitive according to market standards and your experience.
