Position Mission: Prepare the sales budget and expense projection in order to identify solution alternatives that generate higher profits for the company, taking into account the quality standards of the final product. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree or professional title in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields. \- 3 years of experience in the position. \- Course in Quantities, Costs and Budgeting. \- Knowledge of blueprint reading. \- Intermediate level Excel skills. Responsibilities: \- Prepare budgets for each assigned project, seeking the best market costs and maximum profitability. \- Coordinate and supervise the proper preparation of technical and economic proposals requested by the Commercial Department. \- Coordinate with suppliers to develop proposals that offer the best price and quality options while achieving profit margins. \- Prepare reference budget controls: sales vs. purchase for each project submitted for bidding. \- Coordinate budget preparation based on plans and technical specifications issued by the client.
