Strengthen client relationships and expand operations **Job Description** Jalma is currently searching for a **Retail Account Supervisor** to lead operational account management for multi-site retail sector accounts, with a primary focus on **Farmacias Peruanas in Lima and national expansion**, and growth potential toward other similar retail chains within the same corporate ecosystem. This position reports to the **Senior Operations Coordinator** and will be responsible for managing the full service cycle: requirement intake, scope validation, scheduling and tracking, coordination with field technicians and supervisors, document control, SLA tracking, operational closure, and support for the billing process. A **highly autonomous**, organized, results-oriented profile is required—one capable of **managing their own documentation** without relying on continuous support. **Role Summary** The selected candidate will serve as the control point for one or more retail accounts. Responsibilities include daily operational supervision, client communication, evidence and deliverable control, coordination with technical staff, and tracking of performance indicators related to compliance, profitability, and service quality. **Key Job Objectives** * Ensure contract, schedule, and deliverable compliance for the assigned retail account. * Reduce rework, observations, penalties, and delays in document closure. * Maintain account profitability through operational control, cost tracking, and orderly documentation. * Scale operations from Lima to nationwide coverage using replicable and traceable processes. * Strengthen client relationships to facilitate renewals, expansion, and increased volume of requirements. **Academic and Professional Requirements** * Technical diploma, bachelor’s degree, or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Logistics, Facilities Management, or related fields. * Additional training in operations, maintenance, corporate account management, or project management will be valued. **Technical Knowledge and Tools** * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Excel**: pivot tables, filters, data validation, KPI tracking, control matrices, and reporting. * Knowledge of document control and operational traceability. * Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of maintenance, technical services, or facilities processes. * Familiarity with resource scheduling, routing, prioritization, and SLA tracking. * Proficiency in Power BI, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and collaborative tools is desirable. Experience * Minimum **3 years of total professional experience** in related roles. * Minimum **2 years of specific experience** in retail, multi-site, or technical/facilities service account management. * Proven experience coordinating with technicians and field personnel. * Experience serving corporate clients with multiple locations or distributed branches. * Experience handling requirements, reports, schedules, documentary valuations, and closures for billing purposes.
