




We are looking for a responsible, organized professional with an analytical mindset to fill the position of **Treasury with an Administrator profile**, in charge of financial management and administrative support within the company. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring income and expenses, preparing financial reports, coordinating supplier payments, and maintaining accounting and document organization. **Main responsibilities:** * Daily monitoring of income and expenses. * Preparation of weekly and monthly cash flow statements. * Bank reconciliations. * Coordination with accounting and administrative departments. * Invoice, voucher, and receipt tracking. * Scheduling payments and monitoring financial obligations. * Support in budgets, expense reports, and internal balance sheets. * Basic supervision of inventory and purchases (as needed). **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in **Administration, Accounting, or related fields**. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in treasury or administrative roles**. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas). * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. * Immediate availability. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all legal benefits. * Positive work environment and opportunities for growth. * Market-competitive salary.
