The Amusement Park Supervisor is the key position responsible for ensuring strict compliance with park operations, safety, and assigned commercial activities. The main objective is to guarantee the proper functioning of all operational and administrative aspects of the park. We are looking for a professional with outstanding skills in leadership, communication, persuasion, planning, organization, flexibility, commitment, and conflict resolution. We are seeking **"Amusement Park Supervisor"** **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience in entertainment and/or recreation, retail, restaurants, etc. Technical degree in Administration, Tourism, Commerce and Business, Bachelor's degree in Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, Industrial or Business Engineering. Availability to work in Villa el Salvador, full time, 6 days a week from Monday to Sunday. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Knowledge or experience in customer service, costs, human resources, marketing, operations, inventory, purchasing, and administrative management of licenses, permits, among others. Proficiency in Office software. Ability to plan, organize, and adapt to changing situations. Commitment and dedication to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
