We are currently looking for **01** **Construction Buyer** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. * Experience in international procurement, importation, and supply chains. (Essential). * Experience in bidding processes, subcontractor negotiation. * Experience using ERP systems in procurement. * Basic Mandarin Chinese or experience working with Chinese suppliers is desirable. * Knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs, and logistics procedures. * Advanced English and Excel skills (essential). * Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience. * Availability to work in San Isidro. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate the entire import process from request to final delivery. * Manage purchases in global markets, importation, and international logistics. * Handle procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services related to construction projects. * Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery timelines. * Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors. * Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely supply and optimal inventory levels. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations for purchased materials. * Monitor and report costs associated with procurement activities. * Manage contracts and purchase orders, ensuring adherence to agreed terms.
