**INTERIOR ARCHITECT – DESIGN DEPARTMENT (TRANSMAC)** At Transmac, we design and implement functional, modern, and customized spaces for corporate, retail, and residential environments. We are seeking an Interior Architect with strategic vision, aesthetic judgment, and strong technical expertise to join a dynamic team focused on Fast Track execution and direct coordination with construction and manufacturing. *What you will do* * Conceptualize and develop interior design proposals aligned with the client's brand identity and technical feasibility. * Model and render in 3D (advanced level) for commercial and technical presentations. * Produce architectural and custom furniture drawings (details, exploded views, specifications). * Coordinate with specialized teams (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) to ensure design-execution consistency. * Select materials and finishes with focus on performance, maintenance, and cost/benefit ratio. * Participate in reviews with commercial, production, and site teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. *Essential Requirements* * Minimum experience: 2 years in interior design projects (corporate/retail/residential). * Education: Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture. * Advanced 3D rendering skills. * Experience in custom furniture development and construction documentation. * Solid knowledge of materials and finishes. * Strong communication skills and results orientation. Software (REQUIRED) * AutoCAD 2D. * SketchUp and/or 3ds Max. * Rendering engine: V\-Ray, Corona, or D5\.
