**We are looking for an Operations Assistant at KOLFF PERÚ LATAM!** ✅ **Main responsibilities:** * Issue cash or advance invoices according to internal coordination. * Send shipping confirmations to customers or the sales department, attaching the invoice in case of credit. * Upload contractual, commercial, or operational documents to the client's digital platforms. * Track Purchase Orders (PO), verifying deadlines and alerting possible delays. * Follow up with suppliers regarding requested manufacturing, deliveries, or purchases. * Coordinate with technical or logistics departments on the progress of scheduled services. * Follow up on quotations until approval, cancellation, or closure. * Maintain constant communication with the Operations Manager to report progress and pending tasks. * Assist in controlling, tracking, and consolidating operational information. ✅ **Requirements:** * Graduate of a technical or university program in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Business, or related fields. * Knowledge of Supply Chain Management * Intermediate English * Intermediate Office skills * Bachelor's degree / Professional title * Minimum experience in similar positions ✅ **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Salary between S/1800 * 100% private health insurance ***Are you available to work under this modality?*** \- Location: Lima (Av.
