***REQUIREMENTS:*** * **Essential:** Experience in electro\-mechanical systems, execution of electromechanical projects. * University graduate (bachelor's degree) in mechanical\-electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, fluids, or electrical engineering. * Experience in execution of electromechanical projects. * Knowledge in structural calculations. * **Essential:** knowledge of project costs in the industrial / construction sector. * Knowledge of electro\-mechanical materials (structures, piping, valves, electrical materials, consumables). * Intermediate to advanced level in Office software. * Proficient in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of MS PROJECT. * Flexibility and availability to work weekends or extended hours if necessary. * Strong communication, analytical, initiative, innovative, proactive skills, broad judgment, organization, and teamwork. * Knowledge of SAP software, Solid Works, Inventor, others. * Good understanding of electricity and industrial machinery. * Good knowledge of fabrication and installation of piping (industrial pipes) and metal structures. * Intermediate to advanced level in Office software. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Plan, control, and analyze project development and execution (cost, scope, and time). * Supervise and ensure proper execution and quality of mechanical and electrical work. * Continuously monitor technical staff and correct project execution. * Weekly monitoring of project expenses and costs. * Manage and coordinate project start-up and closure procedures. * Develop execution schedules using MS PROJECT or Excel. * Conduct site surveys and quantity measurements. * Prepare and analyze APUS (Unit Price Analysis) for quotations. * Maintain continuous and effective communication with client representatives. * Prepare necessary documentation during project development and closure. * Directly coordinate with other departments for project development and across different disciplines: civil, electromechanical, and others. ***WE OFFER:*** * Salary paid via professional service receipt (payments made mid-month and month-end). * Opportunity for development and acquisition of extensive experience in various industrial plants and electromechanical systems. ***WORK HOURS:*** Monday to Friday from **9:00 am \- 6:00 pm** Saturdays **from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm** .
