




INFLAVENTURA, a company dedicated to the entertainment industry, is looking for a professional for the position of Assistant Manager who wishes to join our team at our location in Jockey Plaza. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree, graduate, or ongoing studies in Technical or University programs in Business Administration, Hotel Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Experience managing and supervising teams of at least 10 people. * Experience in inventory control. * Customer service experience. * Intermediate to advanced level in Office software. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one day off per week. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide support in store operations management. * Continuously supervise gaming machines. * Monitor and control all store operations, maintenance, customer service, and cash handling. * Ensure proper staff presentation and fulfillment of duties. * Handle complaints and report incidents occurring in the facility. * Manage personnel and create staff schedules. * Control food and beverage operations. * Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. * Manage alarm system controls.
