**REQUIREMENTS:** * **Professional (Graduate or Bachelor) in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related fields** * Minimum experience of (2\) years in similar positions * **Negotiation skills** * **Experience in Collections Management** * Experience in preparing and issuing Invoices, Sales Receipts, Shipping Guides * Experience in filling out Promissory Note Sheets * Proficiency in STAR SOFT System (Desirable) * Experience in Calculation of valuations (Desirable) * Knowledge of "Regulations for Payment Vouchers\- Sunat". Invoice, sales receipts, debit notes, credit notes, shipping guide, carrier guides * Experience in managing guarantee letters, guarantee funds, etc. * Experience in analyzing accounting accounts related to billing and collections * **Solid knowledge: Withholding Regime, Deductions, IGV** * Theoretical knowledge of kardex (outputs from sales with Invoices and shipping guides) * Microsoft Excel at intermediate / advanced level * Leadership ability and good communication at all levels **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation of Valuation tables based on customer purchase order and progress according to the "protocols" received from the Supervision Department * Issue sales documents (Invoices, credit notes, etc.), considering the "Manual of Payment Receipts \-Sales" * Register sales documentation in the STAR SOFT system * Record and control deductions arising from service sales * Perform bank reconciliation of income * Review updated report of receivable promissory notes submitted to the bank (Accounting\-Treasury). * Analysis and submission of sales records / Support in filing * Follow-up on collections * Assist in delivering issued invoices to customers * Protection, maintenance and updating of billing department's documentary files Job type: Full time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
