Position Summary: We are seeking a Chemical Engineer with a service-oriented mindset and strong technical orientation to provide specialized advisory services and solutions to industrial customers, primarily in water treatment. Continuous follow-up on implemented solutions We seek a **Chemical Engineer** with a service-oriented mindset, technical orientation, and the ability to deliver solutions to industrial sector customers. The role entails providing specialized technical advisory services, conducting training sessions on the use and application of chemical products—primarily for water treatment—and ensuring optimal performance of implemented solutions through technical visits and continuous follow-up. The professional will work closely with customers to identify their needs, resolve technical inquiries, and propose alternatives that optimize their industrial processes. Additionally, they will participate in preparing technical reports, coordinating with various company departments, and supporting administrative management within the technical support area. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support and specialized advisory services to customers regarding the use and application of chemical products and industrial solutions. * Conduct technical visits to industrial plants to diagnose needs, evaluate processes, and provide technical recommendations. * Deliver in-person technical training sessions for customers on product handling, dosing, and application—especially in water treatment. * Prepare technical reports on visits, evaluations, and customer follow-up activities. * Support post-sales processes, ensuring correct implementation and performance of supplied products. * Coordinate with Commercial, Operations, and Logistics departments to ensure timely responses to technical requirements. * Support administrative management of the department by recording and managing generated technical information. * Promote compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations during field activities and at customer facilities. * Maintain effective communication with customers, strengthening long-term business relationships through excellence in technical service. Candidate Profile: * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Chemical Engineering. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in industrial sector companies. * Preferred experience in **water treatment** and industrial chemical supplies. * Knowledge of industrial safety and industrial processes. * Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct technical training. * Customer orientation, analytical capability, and problem-solving skills. * Organized, proactive, and willing to conduct technical visits. Salary: S/.2,200.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
