*Consultora GIAR is a company that provides technical-legal consulting services nationwide for obtaining authorizations and municipal permits.* *We have more than 8 years of experience in the Peruvian market.* Currently, we are looking for the best talent for the position of ITSE Architect (CIVIL DEFENSE), who will play a fundamental role for the \#TeamGIAR. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture * Minimum **2 YEARS** of experience managing and leading ITSE processes and inspections (mandatory and will be verified) * **ADVANCED** knowledge of AUTOCAD 2D, DS 002\-2018, Law 28976, and Operating Licenses. **Functions:** * Analyze client requirements based on Peruvian regulations to define the corresponding procedures. * Establish execution strategies for municipal files according to client objectives and requirements. * Prepare work schedules and determine the components of each file. * Conduct pre-inspections of technical safety in commercial premises. * Prepare location plans, architectural plans, safety plans, and other documents required in the technical file. * Lead municipal ITSE inspections on behalf of clients and develop the necessary technical justifications. * Represent the company before clients and public officials for active processes.
