Description: We are a company dedicated to research project consulting and we are looking to incorporate a Commercial Advisor into our team. The main objective of this position is to promote the company's services, attract potential clients, and close sales. Responsibilities * Promote company services through various channels. * Attend to and provide information for potential clients. * Post and maintain active social media accounts. * Track and update the customer database. * Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. * Acquire clients (70% office-based, 30% field work) Requirements * Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months of sales experience. * Basic knowledge of social media and digital tools. * Communication, negotiation, and achievement-oriented skills. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 09:00 am to 02:00 pm Benefits * Base salary plus commissions. * Punctuality bonus * Ongoing training * Career advancement opportunities * Days off on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays Job type: Part-time Salary: S/.565.00 - S/.580.00 per month Expected hours: 9 to 14 per week Work location: On-site employment
