We want to add someone charismatic, empathetic, and dynamic who enjoys sharing knowledge, inspiring others, and enhancing the skills of our sales teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct **on-site and virtual inductions and trainings** on the business model, products, and internal tools. * Organize and facilitate **continuous training workshops**, coordinated with the Sales and Marketing departments. * Monitor the **performance and growth of commercial partners**, providing feedback and coaching. * Design, update, and improve support materials: presentations, guides, visual resources, and interactive activities. * Promote **motivation, effective communication, and sales skills** within the team. * Suggest improvements to training content, strategies, and teaching methodologies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate of **Education**. * Minimum of **6 months of experience** delivering trainings or instruction to adults. * Excellent verbal communication, clarity in presentation, and strong stage presence. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in digital tools such as **Google Workspace or Office (PowerPoint, Meet, Drive)**. * Organized, empathetic person with a genuine vocation for teaching. * Availability for **full-time, on-site work in Pueblo Libre, Lima** (rotating shifts). **We Offer:** * **Base salary of S/ 1,800 + performance bonuses.** * Ongoing training and professional support. * Opportunity for **growth within the Commercial Training and Development area.** * A collaborative, dynamic, and expanding work environment.
