Functions: \- Preparation of kitchen check list. \- Preparation of task list for the shift. \- Preparation of personal mise en place for the shift. \- Fulfill cleaning responsibilities. \- Assist at the fryer when necessary. \- Preparation of à la carte dishes on stoves, griddles, and grills. \- Preparation of staff meals, previously coordinated. \- Record personal waste and losses. \- Perform shift inventory. \- Fill out the company staff meal recipe chart. \- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices. \- Provide support to the Head Chef. \- Assist in sauce preparation when required. \- Cover any other needs that may arise in serving customers present at the locations, related strictly to job duties within the scope of business operations.
