




**POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Perform analysis, control, and monitoring of operational and investment costs in mining operations in order to provide reliable and timely financial information. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze and control direct and indirect costs associated with mining activities * Prepare periodic cost reports by cost center, project, mining unit, and activity. * Compare actual versus budgeted costs, identify variances, and propose corrective actions. * Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly reviews. * Perform monthly progress valuations for construction work and contracted services. * Provide support during internal and external audits related to cost matters. * Coordinate with operational areas to validate cost information **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in cost management within the mining sector. * Advanced Excel skills and ERP systems (SAP preferred). * Knowledge of mining processes and cost accounting. * Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools (desirable) Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site
