**Requirements:** Professional in **Engineering, Architecture, Administration, Law or Economic Sciences** \- **Experience in preparing technical and economic proposals** for tenders. \- Knowledge of the **Public Procurement Law (and its regulations)**, platforms such as **SEACE – OECE**. \- Familiarity with public procurement processes, bidding documents, terms of reference, and risk assessment. \- Analytical ability and critical thinking. \- Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar positions. \- Skills: persuasive communication, teamwork, proactive, goal achievement. **Responsibilities:** * **Tender analysis**: Identify opportunities on official portals SEACE * **Proposal preparation**: Drafting the **technical proposal** (methodology, schedule, experience). Structuring the **economic offer** (costs, margins, taxes). * **Legal compliance**: Verify requirements (documentation, guarantees, etc.). * **Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors**: Negotiate quotations and commitment letters. * **Post\-submission follow\-up**: Review prior acts, clarifications, and award decisions.
