Our team in Peru is growing, and we are currently recruiting a **Field HSE Advisor, Senior** to join our Mineral & Metals business line on one of our major site projects. **About the Role** * Provide advice and supervision to personnel involved in construction activities regarding project standards and compliance with Ausenco's HSE controls. * Conduct ongoing inspections of work areas and communicate any deviations identified. * Generate follow-up reports (daily, weekly, or monthly) and other requested reports. * Inspect mobile equipment, work areas, and processes related to HSE. * Develop project-specific HSE inductions for all workers and visitors. * Develop specific safety training programs and courses for high-risk work activities. * Manage project induction and training records. * Develop safety, health, and environmental awareness campaigns. * Conduct HSE audits. * Administration/Maintenance of the HSE Management System. **About You** * University degree, licensed and registered in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Lead Safety Supervisor on construction projects in large-scale mining. * Experience in EPC, EPCM, or similar projects. * Completed specialized training or postgraduate studies in occupational health and safety topics totaling at least 240 hours. * Postgraduate degree in Occupational Health and Safety. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and OHSAS 18001 standards. * Availability to work on-site under shift arrangements. **Why Ausenco?** We support Individual Growth and Our Goal Is to Enable You to Work in a Way That Leverages Your Strengths and Meets Your Needs.
