Leading market research company is looking for the best talent to fill the position of Field Surveyor in Lima. Requirements: \- Minimum 6 months of experience working 100% in the field as a Surveyor in different commercial establishments (MANDATORY). \- Must reside in Lima: North, South, East, or Metropolitan area (MANDATORY). \- Availability for travel (MANDATORY). \- Competencies: Customer and results orientation, proactivity, responsibility, time management, ability to work under pressure, and empathy. Responsibilities: \- Collect information from commercial establishments using a direct methodology with an observational focus. \- Report daily progress and any incidents to the Supervisor. \- Perform other duties assigned by project leaders. WHAT WILL BE YOUR COMPENSATION? Basic Salary: S/ 1130 Meal Allowance: S/ 200 Transportation Allowance: S/ 329 Family Allowance Variable Bonus up to: S/ 700, based on performance indicators and targets.
