Responsibilities: \- Greet customers, create a pleasant atmosphere, check if they have a reservation, and guide them to their tables. \- Ensure all tables under your supervision are properly cleaned and organized before customers arrive. \- Review, coordinate, and verify daily reservations. \- Keep your workspace clean and orderly. \- Say goodbye to all customers and thank them for their visit. Requirements: \- Student, graduate, or bachelor's degree in hospitality and tourism, marketing, or related fields. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a host/hostess. \- Good appearance, charismatic, and excellent customer interaction skills. \- Strong service orientation. \- Intermediate level of English. \- Availability to work rotating shifts.
