




SIG Empresarial is looking for a **HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST** for an important textile company in the market, with extensive knowledge of human resources and data analysis; availability to work in Ate. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or Economics. * Specialization in Labor Laws * Postgraduate diploma in Human Resources * Intermediate Office skills and ERP system proficiency * Minimum 4 years of experience in the role of **HR ANALYST** **RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Knowledge of data analysis to generate KPIs that optimize HR policies and strategies. * Payroll management: calculation, processing, and review of worker and employee payrolls, insurance, vacations, bonuses, CTS, severance pay (BBSS), subsidies, and other benefits, ensuring they are competitive. * Filing of PLAME, AFP, SCTR-LIFE LAW, SENATI, MINTRA survey reports * Contract control, vacation leave monitoring * Calculation and recovery of subsidies. * Design and implement recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training processes. * Handle and manage workplace issues and resolve conflicts * Issue and deliver payroll slips on established dates * Attend audits and SUNAFIL requirements * Submit weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll provisions * Submit social benefit payment provisions for approval * Address employee labor-related inquiries Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 - S/.2,800.00 per month Work location: On-site position
