We are currently looking for an Information Technology Analyst **What challenges do we have for you?** * Manage the acquisition, distribution, and administration of IT assets such as networks, desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other equipment, maintaining inventory in coordination with procurement teams, suppliers, and Global IT. * Oversee equipment maintenance, ensuring operating system updates, software application updates, and endpoint protection. Guarantee compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) with suppliers. * Manage the technical ticket queue from receipt to resolution, for both incidents and service requests, in coordination with global support. * Assist Global IT in the development, implementation, and maintenance of risk mitigation plans, such as business continuity, IT asset security, and disaster recovery. Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments. * Manage the installation, configuration, updates, and ongoing maintenance of all digital applications within Area Programs (AP), ensuring their proper operation, security, and efficiency. * Ensure that all authorized users, including staff, volunteers, and partners, have the necessary access and permissions to effectively use the applications. **We would like you to meet the following requirements and competencies:** * Technical degrees in computing and information technology * 3 to 4 years of experience deploying and supporting desktops, laptops, networks, and mobile devices. * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, network management and connectivity, and device and equipment configuration. * Knowledge of security systems or NAS and DSN architecture. * Experience providing support across different operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and Windows 10 Pro), Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS). * Experience using Google tools (Google Docs, Forms, Slides, Sheets, etc.) * Programming knowledge (not essential) * Analytical ability to solve complex technical problems, along with strong customer service orientation, organization, prioritization, multitasking, communication, and leadership skills. * Ability to handle and work with highly confidential information; * Results-oriented and proactive * Interpersonal communication skills; written and verbal We offer: * Formal employment with all statutory benefits Job type: Full-time, Temporary Salary: S/.1.00 - S/.5.00 per month Work location: On-site position
