*Consultora GIAR is a company that provides technical-legal consulting services nationwide for obtaining municipal authorizations and permits.* *We have more than 8 years of experience in the Peruvian market.* Currently, we are looking for the best talent for the position of ITSE Architect (CIVIL DEFENSE), who will play a key role for the \#TeamGIAR. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture * Minimum **2 YEARS** of experience managing and leading ITSE inspections (mandatory and will be verified) * **ADVANCED** knowledge of AUTOCAD 2D, DS 002\-2018, Law 28976, and Operating Licenses (mandatory) **Responsibilities:** * Analyze client requirements based on Peruvian regulations to define corresponding procedures. * Establish execution strategies for municipal files according to client objectives and requirements. * Develop work schedules and determine components of each file. * Conduct pre-technical safety inspections at commercial premises. * Prepare location plans, architectural plans, safety plans, and other documents required for the technical file. * Lead municipal ITSE inspections on behalf of clients and develop necessary technical justifications. * Represent the company before clients and public officials for active processes.
