




ANALYTICAL LABORATORY is an accredited Environmental Laboratory dedicated to providing monitoring and environmental analysis services for various sectors such as mining, hydrocarbons, industry, fisheries, etc. We are currently seeking a **PHYSICOCHEMICAL LABORATORY ANALYST I** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Graduate or Technician in Chemical Analysis, or related technical programs. * Minimum 3 years of experience. * Knowledge of NTP\-ISO/IEC 17025\ standard. * Technical English or basic English (optional) * Microsoft Office (minimum: basic Excel or user level) * Execution and/or implementation of analyses on environmental samples ***and/or food.*** * Control and assurance of result validity * Test method validation (optional) * Estimation and evaluation of measurement uncertainty * Knowledge of Minitab or other statistical software ***(desirable)*** * ***Knowledge of sampling techniques for air and microbiological surfaces*** (optional) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Comply with the Quality Management System (QMS) policy and other management system guidelines. * Perform analyses according to established methodologies. * Record, document, and maintain all obtained data according to management system specifications. * Identify deviations, risks, or improvement opportunities within the management system or laboratory procedures, and report them to the immediate supervisor. * Ensure application of result validity assurance measures. * Participate in and comply with maintaining order, cleanliness of equipment, instruments, and laboratory facilities. * Implement and/or validate new laboratory methodologies in coordination with the supervisor. * Document uncertainty studies of testing methods. * Document validation studies of testing methods. * Verify operational status and proper functioning of laboratory equipment according to authorization. * Monitor the calibration program, maintenance, and intermediate verification of laboratory equipment. * Request necessary equipment required for assigned testing activities. * Meet deadlines for delivering results to the immediate supervisor. * Track status in coordination with the Laboratory Supervisor. * ***Perform the duties of the area Supervisor during leaves, vacations, and/or any related activities.*** * Other duties assigned and inherent to the position. **SKILLS:** * Effective verbal and written communication * Teamwork * Planning and organizational skills **BENEFITS:** * Timely monthly payments. * Professional growth. **SALARY:** Negotiable Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.0\.10 per month Work location: On-site position
