We are currently seeking **01 ENDOCRINOLOGIST PHYSICIAN** for Hospital Alberto Barton **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Daily fulfillment of medical activities scheduled jointly with staff involved in patient management, performed timely. * Perform medical procedures specific to the specialty, establish diagnoses, conduct examinations, and prescribe treatments to patients, taking into account patient rights and established clinical protocols and guidelines, according to the technical and technological resources available within the organization. * Provide instructions to technical and support staff regarding specialty-specific procedures. * Attend consultations requested by Hospitalization and Critical Care Units, in compliance with current regulations and adherence to clinical practice guidelines. * Promote, provide, and ensure compliance with procedures aligned with high-quality patient and family care and safety. * Record treated diseases according to the current ICD-10 coding, as well as properly document all procedures used in patient treatment with the required coding. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisors. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate with a degree in Human Medicine (licensed and authorized) * Specialization in Endocrinology (RNE) * Courses in CPR and intermediate-level MS Office * Diplomas/Courses in Diabetes, Obesity, and Endocrine Pathology (desirable) * Minimum 3 years of experience in health centers, clinics, or hospitals * Availability to work in Callao (Hospital Alberto Barton) **BENEFITS** * All statutory benefits. * Ongoing training. * Discounts with educational institutions, supplier visits, and more. * Work at a company internationally accredited by ISO and Joint Commission International (one of the most important global healthcare accreditations). * Work at an organization that trains future Family and Community Medicine specialists.
