Position Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Assistant with experience in 360° marketing, focused on B2B and B2C lead generation and nurturing, to execute and optimize digital campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in 360° marketing with a focus on B2B and B2C leads 2. Management and optimization of campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads 3. Currently, we are looking for a **MARKETING ASSISTANT** **Our ideal candidate:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing * Minimum 2 years of experience in 360° marketing, with focus on B2B and B2C lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing. * Experience managing digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads). * Knowledge of CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mantra, or similar). Intermediate proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel. * Ability to analyze results, prepare reports, and propose campaign improvements. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute marketing strategies aimed at lead generation and nurturing. * Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with key metrics. * Support email marketing, automation, and remarketing campaigns. * Coordinate the creation of graphic assets and commercial materials. * Support the organization of events, webinars, and product launches. * Provide support in executing the department’s marketing strategies.
