




Job Requirements: * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in digital marketing, online sales (e-commerce), call center, or digital customer service. Experience selling educational or intangible services will be valued. * **Knowledge of Digital Tools:** Proficient use of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), content management tools, and post scheduling. Basic knowledge of web analytics tools and social media metrics. * **Communication and Negotiation Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creating engaging and persuasive messages. Proven ability to negotiate and effectively close sales in a digital environment. * **Results and Goal Orientation:** Proactive individual with strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales and marketing targets. Main Responsibilities * **Management of Digital Marketing and Sales Campaigns:** Plan, execute, and monitor marketing and sales campaigns for AMDDI's thesis services on social media and other digital platforms. * **Lead Generation and Qualification:** Identify and prospect potential customers through content marketing strategies, digital advertising, and participation in online communities. * **Customer Relationship Management (Digital CRM):** Track and maintain the customer portfolio using CRM tools and consistent communication to ensure customer loyalty and recurring sales. * **Content and Strategy Development:** Create engaging and relevant content for social media (texts, images, videos) that promotes thesis services, educates the audience, and generates interaction. * **Preparation of Commercial Materials:** Prepare quotes, digital presentations, and performance reports for marketing and sales activities. * **Digital Sales Negotiation and Closing:** Conduct negotiations and close thesis service sales through digital channels (messaging, video calls, email). * **Performance Analysis:** Monitor and analyze marketing and sales metrics to identify trends, assess strategy effectiveness, and propose continuous improvements.
