**Main Responsibilities:** * Execute installation, repair, assembly, or maintenance work on structures, equipment, and components according to technical drawings and specifications. * Assist in electrical, carpentry, welding, masonry, or industrial assembly activities based on experience. * Prepare, organize, and maintain the work area, tools, and materials in proper condition. * Strictly comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Support quality control of completed work and report any anomalies or unsafe conditions. * Coordinate with foremen, supervisors, or superintendents assigned tasks to optimize time and resources. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in operational or technical roles in civil, industrial, or maintenance projects. * Basic knowledge in one or more specialties: electricity, carpentry, welding, masonry, or assembly. * Ability to interpret technical instructions and basic blueprints. * Commitment to safety, organization, and work quality. * Availability to work on-site and in rotating shifts. **Valued Competencies:** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Adaptability to different tasks. * Proactivity and results orientation.
