**Main Responsibilities:** * Support installation, assembly, and maintenance tasks of equipment, structures, or materials according to technical instructions. * Assist in cable laying, assembly, formwork assembly, repair, or cleaning of work areas. * Operate manual and electric tools following safety and efficiency standards. * Comply with safety, organization, and cleanliness procedures in the assigned area. * Assist technical staff in performing specialized tasks. * Promptly report any faults, incidents, or unsafe conditions identified in the workplace. * Have knowledge in CARPENTRY, PLUMBING, PAINTING. * Knowledge in Drywall. * Knowledge in civil construction projects. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational or support roles in construction, maintenance, or industrial assembly. * Basic knowledge in electricity, carpentry, welding, or assembly (desirable). * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Availability to perform fieldwork or rotating shifts.
