A leading interprovincial passenger transportation company is seeking talented young individuals, male or female, for the position of Interprovincial Bus Cabin Crew. REQUIREMENTS: Technical studies, graduate or bachelor's degree in Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, or related fields. One year or more of experience in this role or similar positions. Experience in the interprovincial transportation sector or related areas. Availability to work full-time. Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate travel schedules for SAB crew members. Register and update SAB crew data on the assigned platform. Maintain control of attendance, vacations, medical leaves, and absences of SAB crew members. Verify that crew members comply with service standards. Provide safety, first aid, and OHS training to SAB personnel. Comply with company procedures both in Lima and in provinces. Replace the Onboard Service Coordinator during rest periods or vacations. Support training sessions, inductions, and departmental activities. Report incidents to the immediate supervisor.
