SIG Empresarial is currently seeking a **PAYROLL SPECIALIST (RA)** for an important textile company in the market, responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing salary and wage payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with labor tax obligations, and available to work in Ate. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Relations, or related fields. * Specialization or diploma in Labor Laws * Intermediate Office skills * Experience using Payroll ERP systems * Minimum of 03 years of experience in the role, preferably within textile companies **ASSIGNED RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Prepare and process payroll for workers and employees (300+ P.) * Calculate and manage payments to workers and employees * Register new staff entries into the payroll system and perform ALTA and BAJA registrations in T-Registro * Issue and send employment contracts * Input personnel movements into the payroll system * Issue and deliver pay slips on established dates * Prepare settlements for social benefits * Prepare payroll for bonuses, CTS settlement, vacations, and dispatch pay slips * Monitor vacation leave schedules * File PLAME, AFP declarations, MINTRA surveys, request SCTR policies, calculate SENATI contributions * Calculate and request subsidies from ESSALUD * Provide information to other departments upon approval by HR and Administration management **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** Ø Organized Ø Attention to detail Ø Analytical Ø Responsible Ø Committed Ø Discreet Ø Respectful Ø Emotionally controlled Ø Empathetic Ø Ethical Ø Interpret regulations, procedures, laws, and apply them effectively.
