Conduct the biweekly walkthrough with store management; perform periodic inspections of logistics equipment, elevated work equipment, and critical equipment. Immediately report to the On-Duty Supervisor any risk situations requiring immediate attention. Responsible for compliance with Inspection Activities. Responsible for fulfilling the annual schedule for simulations, drills, and fire practice; maintain updated emergency brigades, including their training and preparedness. Deliver Safety and Health at Work training and conduct training sessions for new advisors in the store. Ensure compliance with risk prevention programs: Training, monitoring of occupational agents, control of disergonomic risks and occupational health, delivery of PPE, prevention of risks in contractor work, etc. Conduct investigations to determine the root causes of losses and damages to various products. Generate action plans. Participate in interviews with personnel involved in illegal activities. Report hazards and risks within the store or nearby areas that could affect the store and are not covered by the company's safety regulations, so they can be incorporated into the safety system; report to headquarters and other stores any anomalies occurring in the store that may impact operations. Propose initiatives to improve shrinkage control. **Requirements:** 3 years of experience in Prevention area. 1 year of experience as Senior Preventive Officer. Graduate of technical or university studies, currently enrolled. Intermediate level of office software skills. Knowledge of safety and loss prevention.
