Position Summary: Colectivo23 seeks a Passenger Success Intern for the Operations team to support professional growth through programs led by industry leaders, focusing on student and professional communication and data management. Support for the team and immediate supervisor At Colectivo23, we are currently seeking a Passenger Success Intern to join our Operations team. We are an Executive School that develops extraordinary talent across Latin America. Our focus is to support the professional growth of individuals and teams through development programs led by industry-leading professionals. **Main Responsibilities** * Communicate with our students and professionals responsible for delivering courses. * Serve as host for routes at Co23\. * Manage attendance, NPs, grades, and dispatch of informational emails. * Generate reports. * Populate and maintain databases (Power BI, Excel, etc). * Provide support to the team on various matters or as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Required Knowledge** * Advanced Excel * Power BI and/or dashboards * Advanced Excel * Customer service and orientation * Analytical capability for data. Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: Hybrid in Lima District, Lima
