




Company with over 30 years in the market, is seeking a Purchasing Analyst for its chain of markets; we invite you to participate in our selection process. **Functions:** * Analyze and carry out purchases for the markets to ensure proper supply. * Issue, manage, and record Purchase Orders in the Inventory System, coordinate with suppliers. * Constantly monitor generated orders to guarantee timely supply of goods. * Monitor prices agreed upon with suppliers and promptly report any changes or modifications. * Request quotations from suppliers, analyze them, prepare comparative tables, generate and send purchase and/or service orders. * Search for new suppliers offering better conditions that contribute to the organization in terms of quality, quantity, and price. * Manage supplier payments. * Conduct inventories at the chain of markets once a week (company covers transportation). * Estimate purchase projections based on sales forecasts. * Payment reconciliation. **Requirements:** * Graduate with a Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Intermediate level Excel skills. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative and/or purchasing roles. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturdays from 8:30am to 1:00pm.
