**Requirements:** * Graduate / Bachelor in International Business, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Specialization in Procurement / Supply Management. * Intermediate Office skills. * Previous experience in the position. (Required) * Ability to work under pressure * Negotiation skills with suppliers * Availability to work in Villa el Salvador **Responsibilities:** · Responsible for national and international purchases · Handle purchase requests from staff (office, production, warehouse and maintenance) · Supervision, maintenance and documentation of equipment. · Coordinate with telecommunications and internet service providers. · Obtain product quotations for stock and sales from domestic and foreign suppliers. · Coordinate and follow up on import orders · Manage import operations with customs agents · Request quotes and periodically evaluate freight forwarders. · Verify rates from foreign trade agents, insurance agents and coordinate with them. · Coordinate with foreign trade operators, insurance agencies (customs agency) and warehouses for each shipment operation. · Verify and manage permits required for importing restricted products and services. Follow up on shipping and customs agent documentation. · Review and control expenses related to imports to generate cost sheets. · Calculate import costs · Process and deliver import documents for the department · Support feedback to suppliers regarding rejections, returns and other product observations. · Assist in receiving, controlling and archiving purchase invoices. · Assigned funds for reimbursement must be reported at the end of the shift or work period, or within no more than 48 hours if applicable. · Issue purchase orders and monitor their fulfillment · Perform any other tasks requested by the immediate supervisor related to the position.
