**Main Responsibilities:** * Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company's Integrated Management System (IMS). * Manage document control and ensure compliance with IMS procedures. * Coordinate and conduct training and inductions on quality, safety, and integrated management topics. * Supervise equipment maintenance and calibration programs, pest control, environmental monitoring, and material and product analysis. * Ensure quality control throughout all stages of the production process: from raw material receipt to final product. * Investigate customer complaints and lead corrective and preventive actions. * Support customer approval processes and external audits. * Plan and execute actions to achieve departmental objectives. * Coordinate the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable standards. * Lead the HARA team and manage food defense and food fraud plans. * Monitor and verify the proper application of IMS documents and records. * Lead internal audits, nonconformity management, and follow-up on corrective actions. * Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the organization. * Coordinate committee meetings, performance reviews, and performance indicators. * Train and develop internal auditors, fostering IMS improvement. * Participate in system reviews, audits, and performance evaluations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard. * Six Sigma Green Belt certification (desirable). * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (desirable). * Knowledge of Process Management (desirable). * Knowledge of Quality Tools (desirable). * Experience in managing performance indicators (desirable).
