Requirements: * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering, food analysts and technicians. * Flexibility to travel to Santa Anita for the producers' market. (Work location) * Basic level Excel proficiency (essential). * Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Responsibilities: * Conduct raw material inspections upon receipt and perform in-process line controls. * Evaluate product samples prior to purchase or acquisition of batches. * Supervise plant cleanliness and organization. * Monitor compliance with management systems. * Complete HACCP forms. * Ensure adherence to food safety policies and commitment to continuous improvement of the food safety management system.
