Location: La Victoria (In front of videna IPD) Modality: In-person / Full-time Main Responsibilities: * Answer phone calls, receive visitors, and direct them to the appropriate departments. * Provide administrative support to different areas of the company. * Receive, register, and send documents. * Assist in organizing meetings, coordinating transportation, and internal logistics. * Monitor staff attendance and assist in human resources processes. * Support minor purchases, quotations, and office supplies inventory control. * Maintain order and a professional appearance in the reception area. Requirements: * Technical or university studies in Administration, Executive Secretarial, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, email). * Good communication skills, punctuality, organizational ability, responsibility, and service orientation. * Immediate availability. Valued Skills: * Basic knowledge of accounting and logistics documents. * Experience in electrical, telecommunications, or construction industries. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:20 am \- 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:20 am \- 1:00 pm. Workplace: La Victoria (In front of videna IPD), reference is 2 blocks from Av Canadá.
