We are looking for: **PURCHASING TEAM LEADER** The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of all goods and services necessary for the company's operations, guaranteeing quality, delivery times, and optimal costs, as well as managing supplier relationships and budget compliance. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or Foreign Trade. \- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a purchasing manager, supervisor, or coordinator. \- Preferably with knowledge and/or experience in purchasing beauty, perfumery, personal care, and barber products. \- Knowledge of import processes and customs regulations. \- Experience negotiating prices with national and international suppliers. \- Intermediate level of English language proficiency. \- Intermediate level of Excel proficiency. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Design, implement, evaluate, and update purchasing policies and procedures to achieve strategic objectives. \- Ensure compliance with national and international regulations in the acquisition of beauty, personal care, cosmetic, and/or barber products. \- Plan and execute monthly and annual purchasing plans. \- Negotiate agreements and contracts with suppliers to obtain greater commercial benefits. \- Ensure the purchasing process for goods and services is completed within established timelines. \- Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS** \- Payroll under Small Business Labor Regime. \- ESSALUD and VIDA LEY insurance. \- Paid birthday leave.
